I released my external 4tb and the partitions. It now shows the drive as 2 2TB ones? How can I combine them back to 1 single drive. It’s a G drive 4TB thunder bolt.

I have a 10TB G DRIVE USB-C from G-Technology. I only have a MAC, do not have a PC that I am looking to back up, do I still need to format it before I use it for the first time? I only have APFS options (Encrypted, Case sensitive and Case-Sensitive Encypted) I do not have Mac OS Extended (Journaled) I did not format this hard drive when I first plugged it in, it has been making back ups in time machine for me..BUT I'm unable to drag and drop any files to it. Can you tell me why?

I'm a Mac user. I just got a G/Drive mobile USB-C. I need this drive to deliver photos to client with PC. I'm confused with instructions. They push HFS+ for Windows by Paragon Software. Do I need to down load this? Does my client need to download this? Your video makes it sound easy using the FAT format. Is this all I need to do?
I just purchased a brand new armorATD and I used a MacBook Pro mid 2010 with Sierra IOS 10.12.6. This brand new hard drive isn't popping up. Anyone have an idea why or what I can do?
When I went to Utility Disk it shows me something else like Apple UDIF read-only compressed (zlib) Media and InstallESD (idk what that is) instead of the plugged hard drive.

Helpppp I seem to have lost one of the two subsections that this G Drive 500mg had whilst 'exfat' ing on both the journaled option and the OS Journalled & ' Master Boot Record ' options I am also unable to partition either The main G Drive or the single remaining ' Untitled' sub section .. ( using Mac Book Pro mid 2009) any help would be much appreciated.

my dad got me a 10 terabyte drive of this and whenever I download my movies or reboot my system I keep getting a error that my drive can not repair the 10 terybte drive is their a fix for this thanks JL
